The Payments & Banking Partner team is made up of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in the payments and banking industry. We are responsible for adding new and expanding existing relationships that support our payments and banking services globally. Our team manages large strategic partnerships that drive ARR (annual recurring revenue) back to the business.Location:

Hybrid; 2 days per week of collaboration from our Atlanta office OR open to 100% remote within the US for highly qualified candidates.Minimum Qualifications:

***This is an individual contributor, executive/director level role that does not manage a team***8 years of direct/hands-on partner or partnership management experience of large, strategic accounts (required).Experience with B2B payments partnerships or payments providers/solutions (required).Building trust and relationships is second nature to you and you’re known for your ability to collaborate across different cross-functional teams and work streams to inspire, influence, and gain buy-in.You can provide successful examples of identifying new opportunities within existing partner relationships to maximize revenue potential.Strong prioritization and time management, essential for effectively managing diverse demands.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partner Engagement and Performance Management – Proactively engage with partners through frequent and continuous communication, ensuring seamless coordination and operational activities for sustained customer and revenue growth. Conduct regular SLA and partnership performance reviews to identify areas requiring attention and investment. Manage product roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements and driving future product development and innovation in collaboration with partners.Partnership Governance & Contract Management – Facilitate monthly and quarterly partnership governance meetings to measure success and ensure contractual alignment and delivery of contractual (MSA) commitments.Performance Tracking – Develop a performance dashboard to track metrics, including service levels, customer acquisition, and payments volumes metrics.Marketing Initiative Planning - Collaborate with Partners on marketing and demand generation activities to achieve new customers, payment, and revenue goals.Support the broader Fintech Service Provider Strategy – Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Business Development to secure key integrated relationships with Fintech ISVs as core features of the Sage product set globally.Perks:
