As the
Director, IT Delivery , you will lead IT strategy and ensure effective IT delivery for our Southeast Toyota Finance business unit within JM Family. You will be the primary interface for business leaders to define requirements and drive the execution of growth and productivity solutions enabled by our existing and emerging IT systems and platforms.You will be a key member of the IT leadership team, engaging in all aspects of running the business, with a specialization in the use of technology to fulfill business objectives. You will drive transformation by partnering with various business functions to deliver IT platforms and solutions. You will oversee and lead a diverse team responsible for all phases of the IT Lifecycle that includes Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Delivery Architects, and Engineers.Due to the responsibilities of this position, a weekly onsite presence of 3 days a week at our beautiful Deerfield Beach, FL Headquarters is required.Responsibilities:Strategically partner with the leadership team to drive profitable growth and create business value through technology.Ensure technology systems and procedures lead to outcomes aligned with business goals.Partner with the Enterprise technology team on the development of all customer-facing platforms.Lead the annual IT operating plan and manage associated budget aligned with strategic goals.Drive value/ROI mindset across IT investments and track benefit realization.Evangelize new opportunities possible with technology investment; challenge the status quo and drive data/digital disruption.Continuous improvement of associate IT experience and productivity.Provide strategic oversight, leadership and direction through subordinate IT Delivery Managers and Senior Managers.Implement new solutions on Microsoft Azure and other platforms. Ensure the reliability and performance of existing business applications.Guide major IT implementations, ensuring programs and projects are delivered on time and within budget.Implement capability/value stream technology strategy.End-to-end delivery of sub-capability initiatives.Manage a diverse portfolio of products, projects, and enhancements to meet the technology strategy.Work to mitigate issues and risks for the team in order to ensure all delivery methodologies (projects/products) in the area are working efficiently and delivering value.Lead the team, providing opportunities for development and engaging with cross LOB COE teams based on areas of responsibility (DevSecOps, AgileCOE and AiCOE).Manage multiple value streams, optimizing processes and ensuring alignment with business goals.Serve as an escalation point for issue and risk management.Conduct demand management, capacity planning, and resource management for capability areas.Vendor management including statements of work and negotiations.Implement information security and enterprise technology solutions.Qualifications:Must have BS/BA/MBA Degree.Must have at least 15 years of experience in technology, with significant experience in application development and solution delivery.Minimum of 3 years director-level experience.Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading application development teams, with technical knowledge in modern cloud-based application development platforms, processes, and tools.Minimum of 3 years deploying Microsoft Azure technologies in application development.Minimum of 3 years managing technology and business IT roadmap, business case development, AOP (Annual Operating Plan), and robust business program management.Experience in forming and directing virtual teams and collaborating across large, matrix organizations - Proven record of delivering business value from IT.Ability to transition between high-level architectural review/design and the “roll up the sleeves” level of doing all phases of an application delivery project.Must have experience with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.Microsoft Azure certifications and Artificial intelligence experience is a plus.Auto-Captive and/or Auto-Captive Financial experience a plus.JM FAMILY IS PROUD TO BE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERJM Family Enterprises, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
