The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data management and data analysis, as well as a thorough understanding of evaluation processes and methodologies.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in youth services or sexual health education.Strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by at-risk youth, particularly in socioeconomically disadvantaged communities.Proven track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders and achieving measurable outcomes.Excellent time management, facilitation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in word processing and presentation software (including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint).Knowledge of traditional and non-traditional training methods and techniques.Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings, as necessary.Proven work history with exceptional reliability and excellent attention to detail.Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.Proven ability to provide management with data needed to prepare federal grant reports and other correspondence required by funders.Ability to work in a team environment while also working independently.Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple tasks, projects, and meet deadlines.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.Ability to take a collaborative, team-oriented approach.Extended knowledge of community and social services in Miami-Dade County.Position Summary

The Program Manager leads Gang Alternative, INC.’s Youth Research Program, a comprehensive initiative aimed at reducing risky sexual behaviors among middle school students in Miami-Dade County. This role is critical in overseeing the implementation and evaluation of a curriculum designed to foster youth resiliency, encourage protective behaviors, and support the overall well-being of middle school students from high-risk communities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the planning, implementation, and management of Project SELFI.Maintain responsibility for program planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting activities.Conduct outreach to identify student/youth participants.Coordinate program delivery, including securing and coordinating locations, and sourcing necessary materials.Create curriculum delivery schedules with multiple cohorts.Ensure the project adheres to timelines, budgets, and performance standards.Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.Coordinate all resources needed for students in the program to ensure their full participation and support.Recruit, train, and manage program staff.Provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities to team members.Work closely with an independent evaluator to design and implement a rigorous impact evaluation.Ensure accurate and timely data collection, monitoring, and reporting.Analyze data to assess the efficacy of the program and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.Hold regular meetings with the independent evaluator to obtain required information and ensure evaluation standards are met.Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, community organizations, and other stakeholders.Engage schools to secure participation and facilitate program delivery.Engage parents to secure consent for their children’s participation and foster family involvement in the program.Facilitate community outreach and involvement to support program activities and goals.Prepare detailed reports for funders, stakeholders, and organizational leadership.Regularly update the federal grant officer on project progress and compliance.Ensure compliance with all grant requirements and relevant regulations.Other Duties as Assigned: Adapt to additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the project’s and organization’s success.To apply for this career fill out the form below#J-18808-Ljbffr
