Responsibilities:
The PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Senior Analyst - Order to Cash will support Barrow Wise's Maryland Judiciary project, and perform the following duties:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
Define and capture business requirements.
Provide design, development, testing, and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates.
Provide all tier-level production support.
Perform system configurations and testing.
Develop system documentation to include configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.
Work onsite 2 days per week.
An ideal candidate has the following:
U.S. Citizenship
Submit three supervisory references with your resume.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, as determined by the AOC.
Three (3) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
Three (3) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Preferred: Five (5) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
Preferred: Five (5) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Preferred: Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and testing, PeopleSoft selective adoption process, and/or AWE/Workflow.
Preferred: Expert-level knowledge in SDLC methodology and processes, SQL, Oracle 19C databases, REST-based webservers, Peoplesoft chart of accounts and the chart field configuration process in Peoplesoft Financials, and/or purchasing, e-procurement, grants, contracts, general ledger, commitment control, account payables, account receivables/billing (Order-to-Cash), and Asset Management/Inventory.
Preferred: Ability to provide expert customer service.
