The Director of Human Resources (HR) – Family Health Center (FHC) is responsible for managing the following operational areas including, but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Benefit Structures, Compensation, Wellness programs, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This individual will assist with strengthening Family Health Center of Marshfield (FHC) through developing its people, structure, processes and practices.

Position will be remote; however, must be located within one hour from a Family Health Center of Marshfield, Inc. location due to periodic travel to center locations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Preferred/Optional : None

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required : Experience in talent acquisition, HRIS, compensation, benefits or related field. Ten years’ experience in HR with five years in a human resource management position. Must have experience in a health care setting. Demonstrated experience with major HRIS platforms and People Soft. Experience creating HR metrics and dashboards. Strong verbal and written business communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of system’s operations/services and employment law regulations. Knowledge of current issues in talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, talent development, HR systems and technology.
