The Director of Human Resources provides coordinated leadership, direction and guidance to ensure effective administration of the following functions: Total Rewards, Wellness, Employment, Employee Services, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Training (Media Education), Corporate Relationships and Employee Health Services. The HR Director is a key contact for corporate services provided at UPH Meriter. This position works closely with the AVP of HR and the Manager of Employee Relations to create and lead organizational Human Resources strategy.Required Qualifications:BS/BA in Business, Healthcare Administration or related fields7-10 years in Human Resource managementStrategic Planning, Communication and Presentation skills, team builderIn-depth knowledge of Human Resources including organizational developmentProven leadership skills in complex organizationStrong communication and negotiation skillsKeen interpersonal and customer service skillsPreferred Qualifications:Master’s in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Labor Relations or related fieldHealthcare HR experience in leadership rolesBenefits, Compensation and/or Human Resource certifications (CEBS, CCP, PHR, SPHR)EEO/M/F/D/VAuto req ID:
