Tecolote Research, Inc. is seeking a talented, self-driven individual for a position as a member of the Commander’s Action Group for the Space Sensing Strategic Missile Warning Division (SNW). The candidate will be responsible for performing the duties identified below and other duties as required.Responsibilities:Responsible for taking on the duties of a C-Suite level office administrator reporting to senior Space Force personnel.Responsible for supporting host requirements for senior Space Force leadership, senior government officials, senior defense support contractors, and community leaders.Specific job duties entail preparing reports/papers, briefings, executive correspondence, tracking taskers in TMT, developing/editing electronic Staff Summary Sheets (eSSS), and supporting SNW personnel actions (i.e., OPRs, Awards/Decorations, recall rosters, etc.).Responsible for coordinating activities with the organization’s protocol and executive officer.Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000/Year DOE.Skills Required:A minimum of six (6) years of Executive Administrator/Support experience, including a minimum of four (4) years working in a space program environment.Proficient in the use of M/S office applications, i.e., M/S Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom.gov, Task Management Tool (TMT), Defense Travel System (DTS), Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and quantitative analytical skills are required.Applicant must be able to work in a team environment.Program management experience, strategic planning experience, or senior-level government office administration experience working in a “CAG”-like environment is desirable.Familiarity with DoD acquisition policies.Working knowledge of the DoD acquisition and project management processes.Active Secret security clearance required.Education:Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.Employment Type:
