Job Summary: Prime Physicians is a leading health care provider dedicated to delivering high quality patient care for our commercial and Federal contracting clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced health care leader to join our team and help us continue to provide outstanding care to the communities we serve.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:Oversee daily operations of multiple healthcare contracts, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and quality of care.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement initiatives as necessary.Staff Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of health care professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. These departments include Credentialing, Revenue Cycle, Accounting, and Account Managers.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to support their professional development.Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient care needs and operational demands.Financial Management:Develop and manage the facility's operational budget, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.Monitor financial performance, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation.Collaborate with the finance department to prepare financial reports and forecasts.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Maintain Joint Commission and ISO certifications.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health care regulations and accreditation standards.Oversee quality assurance programs and initiatives to maintain high standards of patient care.Strategic Planning:Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term strategic plans.Identify opportunities for growth and improvement and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.Patient Experience:Enhance the patient experience by ensuring efficient and compassionate care delivery.Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.Implement patient-centered initiatives to improve satisfaction and outcomes.Qualifications:Registered NurseMinimum of 5 years of experience in health care operations management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of health care regulations and compliance requirements.Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and patient care quality.Financial acumen and experience with budget management.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact on our company's operations.
