Tasting Room Associate, Part-Time position available - Hiring Now (Petaluma)
We are looking for OUTSTANDING Tasting Room Associates to be part of our team. We are in the process of reopening our tasting room in our beautiful downtown waterfront location in the old Petaluma Mill Building. Our tasting room is a vibrant, dynamic and fun place and we are looking for the same in a tasting room associate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell wine to tables for on-premise consumption, take away, or shipmentsTalk about the history of our company, describe the wines, and close sales while multitaskingPromote our Wine ClubTake beverage orders using WineDirect POS system on iPadsDeliver beverages to tablesSanitize tables thoroughly between reservationsStock wine, glassware, and service toolsMonitor, stock, and sanitize restroomsAnd moreWineDirect POS experience
COMPENSATION
Training and education is provided. $25.00 per hour plus tips and commissions and bonus. We are committed to providing an exciting, supportive, engaging environment that adds to your skill set.
REQUIREMENTS
A valid, current Driver’s License and reliable transportationOpen availability, including evenings and weekendsStrong attention to wine and service etiquetteExcellent interpersonal communication skillsBe able to stand and walk for long periods of time, while contributing to our high-energy, friendly, upbeat hospitalityAbility to lift 45 pounds (a case of wine)Detail-oriented, punctual, self-motivated team player who is able to multi-task
