The Warehouse Director position will perform the following duties:Responsible for the coordination and workflow of the warehouse.Designs and implements processes and procedures to meet the company’s overall strategic operations plan.Directs the ordering and upkeep of products, building, material handling equipment and inventory.Supports, builds and continues initiatives for improvement in safety, quality, productivity, cost and associate relations.Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. Ensures associates maintain a level of professionalism, competency and motivation through the direction of selection, development and ongoing evaluation. Promotes safety through the re-enforcement of current safety programs, additional programs, safety meetings, proper footwear and clothing, and discussions of workers' compensation costs.Address Line 1:

Full TimeRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentPreferred Qualifications:Preferred Education: Bachelors in Business management, logistics or related area.Preferred Experience: 6 - 10 Years of warehouse experience including in-depth knowledge of all warehouse phases within foodservice industry.Company Description:
