Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experienceDescriptionPingWind is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer who is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for complex projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating those needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the final deliverables meet business objectives. The Senior Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer will leverage their extensive experience to drive process improvements and ensure project success.ResponsibilitiesTypical Responsibilities/Tasks:· Eight years of experience as a Business Analyst capturing and documenting business processes and requirements.· Six years of experience as Business Analyst capturing and documenting software development and Information technology processes and requirement used in a Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) environment using the Microsoft .NET framework· Eight years of experience creating process diagrams and flow charts, mapping business processes to the customer requirements.· Five years of experience working with software developers and customers to scope projects, estimate levels of effort, and evaluate customer requirements in order to create applications to deploy to Microsoft SharePoint (both out- of-the-box and with custom coded) and to Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) using the Microsoft .NET Framework.· Three years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures.· Five years of experience with the SDLC and Agile processes.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
