The Pennsylvania Democratic Party and Biden for President are hiring Operations Associates to work with our wide-scale organizing operation in the fight for the soul of our nation.Responsibilities
Assist in onboarding new hiring prospectsCoordinate with members of the organizing team on potential office openings and supplies neededCoordinate with various partners to execute local and national eventsHelp with operational tasks such as purchasingAssist with field logistics for large scale principle eventsQualifications
Strong commitment to Democratic politics and ideals and enthusiasm for electing Joe Biden, Vice President Harris, Senator Bob Casey and Democrats up and down the ballotOne cycle of campaign experience preferred but not requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environmentAbility to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekendsA valid driver’s license and reliable motor vehicleThis role is a full time, in person role located in Philadelphia, PA.The Pennsylvania Democratic Party (PDP), is committed to diversity among its staff, and recognizes that its continued success requires the highest commitment to obtaining and retaining a diverse staff that provides the best quality services to supporters and constituents.
