Manage event distribution of Deadline’s awards magazineGenerate and assess quarterly email reportsResearch Industry and Competitor changesMarketing / Project Management

Assist in the development and coordination of annual Brand PartnershipsEvent Marketing – Promote brand tentpoles and as-sold events. Includes:Coordinate marketing efforts with all internal stakeholdersManage email announcementsTrack KPIs provided by Director of BrandProject manage Event Microsite developmentSupport the Director of Brand in the creation of sales marketing materialsCoordinate annual award submissions with the Director of BrandMarketing Swag – Research and supply Director of Brand with proposals for branded merchandise.QualificationsMinimum 2 – 3 years' marketing experience at an agency, media company or entertainment companyExperiences in project management / coordinationStrong writing, editing skills and proof-reading skillsDetail-oriented, focused on deadlines and strong organizational skillsAbility to identify time sensitive needsStrong communication skillsProficient at creating and updating PowerPoint decksSkilled in Microsoft Office, G-Suite and Google Analytics/G4Familiar with SalesForce, Exact Target, Adobe Pro, Comscore and OneDriveProfessional demeanor with media partners, vendors and internal stakeholdersPassionate, adaptable, eager to learn and shows initiativeAbility to work as part of a team and independently when neededFlexibility with work hours that may involve time outside the 9-to-5 weekday hours; off-shift work also required.Nice to haveExperience in InDesign and CanvaUnderstanding of paid social campaignsKnowledge of Splash, Swoogo and JiraTrafficking ad creativeAs PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.Salary range: $60K-$70KFactors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.
