The ideal candidate will play a key role in cross-servicing clients and jointly pursuing business opportunities with various practice areas.Work collaboratively with real estate, corporate, employment, and trust and estates attorneys to serve clients effectively.Jointly pursue business opportunities by leveraging expertise in litigation.Provide strategic legal counsel and representation to clients in complex litigation matters.Oversee and manage high-profile litigation cases, ensuring successful outcomes.Collaborate with attorneys from other practice areas to address multi-disciplinary legal issues.Participate in client meetings and consultations to understand and address their legal needs.Mentor and guide junior attorneys in the litigation department.Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law.Proven track record of success as a Partner-level Litigation Attorney.Experience:Extensive experience in litigation, handling complex and high-profile cases.Skills:Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys from diverse practice areas.Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.Exceptional client relationship management skills.
