Perfect — you’ll fit right in.As an Associate Media Director, you will help develop and implement integrated media campaigns that deliver against key performance metrics on a variety of MindgruveMacarta accounts.What You'll Do Here:

Lead strategic direction of client media deliverablesDevelop strong and innovative integrated media strategies for clients based on their specific needsManage and mentor a growing team of planners and analysts to ensure client deliverables are completed within the scope of the projectManage media budgets, pacing, and tracking to ensure complete delivery while reaching client goals and KPIsDevelop deep knowledge of clients’ business strategy and challengesDrive standards of integration with cross agency and client functionsProvide toolset and industry POVsParticipate in agency new business pitches, as necessaryUncover and interpret data to help build strategy and solve business problemsVet vendors and media tools, stay on top of industry trends, and share knowledge with internal team and clientsHelp manage a shift to display self-serve programmatic platform(s) for some clients and/or campaignsWe Need a Person With:

A 4-year college degree and 7+ years of media planning and/or buying experience (with at least five years of online experience)Working comprehension of strategy development and required media mathExperience across various mediums required (Digital, Paid Social, Broadcast, Print, OOH)Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skillsAbility to multitask effectively and organizational skills to manage and prioritize team daily work flowFamiliarity with CM360 or comparable ad serving technologyWorking knowledge of media research tools (IMS, MRI, Nielsen, ComScore, Simmons, etc.)Comprehensive understanding of programmatic media capabilities and buyingAbility to develop thorough, insightful campaign analysis and optimization recommendationsExperience overseeing budgeting processAbility to build and maintain strong interpersonal and professional relationships with vendors, clients, etc.Ability to work on multiple projects at once in a high pressure environment while still meeting deadlinesCompensation will be commensurate with experience.
