Vice President of Private Placements

We are looking for a Vice President of Private Placements with extensive experience in high-net-worth (accredited investor) financial products and private placement sales to lead multifamily real estate investments.Yoonify acquires luxury multi-family properties and offers fractional ownership of the properties on its blockchain powered real-estate marketplace. This investment opportunity is tailored for accredited investors and institutions that want to diversify their investment portfolio to include cash flow producing hard assets. The properties are highly curated stabilized income-producing assets that generate a preferred return for investors.You’ll work with a team of talented and collaborative individuals who are passionate about creating a best-in-class experience. Originate and manage new private placementsDevelop relationships with clients, prospects, and intermediaries within Wealth Channel industriesWork with legal team to successfully negotiate covenants and other provisions within loan documentsCollaborate with the leadership team to meet annual goals and objectivesExperience required:

BA or BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred8-10 years as a securities salesperson, or other high-net-worth financial sales roles will be consideredRaising capital for multifamily real estateExcellent communication skills, work ethic, and ability to self-manageKnowledge of blockchain technology a plus.Job Features
