We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our HR Tech SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the product development lifecycle to deliver innovative and high-quality HR solutions.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Product Development:Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Management:Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements.Communicate product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
Performance and Optimization:Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs.Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the user experience.Drive adoption and usage of the product through effective marketing and customer success strategies.
Leadership and Mentorship:Mentor and guide junior product managers and other team members.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Champion a customer-centric culture within the organization.
