The Product Manager for Custody and Payments Platforms will lead the strategic direction and development of our custody and payments products. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and enhance overall user experience.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and maintain the product roadmap for custody and payment platforms.Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, integrating insights into product strategy.Collaborate with senior leadership to align product vision with business goals.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring new products and features to market.Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve product offerings.Customer Engagement:Engage with customers to gather feedback and identify pain points, ensuring solutions meet their needs.Conduct demos and presentations to educate clients on new product features and enhancements.Performance Metrics:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and analyze data to measure performance.Utilize insights to iterate on product features and enhancements to drive user satisfaction and adoption.RequirementsQualifications:5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in custody, payments, or financial services.Strong understanding of custody and payments systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Proven ability to translate complex ideas into actionable product requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
