Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting customers with opening a variety of new account products and consumer installment lending in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Supervisor to all Universal Bankers in the Alexandria location. Responsible for selling additional products to customers and prospects and support the overall retail effort of the bank.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Assist sales in reviewing or performing market analysis to determine customer needsTrain, schedule and oversee frontline operations to ensure a successful customer experienceDirect staffing, training and performance evaluationsAnalyze and control expenditures of the department to conform to budgetary requirementsPresent information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the publicMonitor productivity of Universal BankersMonitor service calls of employees, observing demeanor, technical accuracy and conformity to bank policiesAddress customer complaints and recommend corrective actionsCommunicate and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actionsDetermine work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflowMaintain harmony among workers and resolve grievancesEncourage, engage and include staff in planning, decision-making, facilitating and process improvement, providing regular performance feedbackOversight of branch functionality and productivitySell Treasury Management products and other commercial deposit accountsMeet individual and branch goalsRegular and reliable attendancePhysical presence at bankEducation & Experience
Associates degree or higher in business of finance related program.Minimum 10 years experience in banking industry.Minimum 5 years experience in leadership.About
