This position is a Store Manager developmental role. Midas is committed to training our associates and promoting from within the organization.Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customersFollowing up with customers regarding services requested, estimated completion times, etc.Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing partsDeliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specialsLead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our company’s vision, purpose, core values, and employee creedSupervise up to ten employeesOversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucksMaintain inventory countsEnsure overall cleanliness and organization of the facilityOther duties as assignedQualifications

A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experienceGeneral automotive knowledgeExcellent customer service dispositionGood communication skillsLeadership abilityTeam building skillsAbility to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidaysValid driver’s license
