Project Manager

Job DescriptionMUST HAVE Fixed Income AND REGULATORY ExperienceManage the global delivery of SEC Treasury Clearing regulatory change. This requires cross-regional and cross-entity deliveries, with significant coordination across various teams globally.The role will require capturing and translating regulatory requirements into business and system requirements.The role will be cross-functional, working with Business, Operations, Finance, and Risk to flush out requirements and technical changes.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business partners to understand needs and define a cross-functional plan and project scope.Create a project plan in line with Project Management Methodology.Review plans and milestones with Project Board and Programme Board; obtain approval for changes.Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate accordingly.Enter and maintain RAG/Schedule date/comments milestones.Raise change control requests as required.Support quality assurance reviews.Manage project financials.Interact with senior management and articulate/escalate issues.Manage delivery objectives within the scope of this project.Document project artifacts, including requirements.Report metrics to ensure project deliveries are tracked, accurately reported, and met.Must Have RequirementsDemonstrate strong leadership, influencing, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Fixed Income settlements is required.Knowledge of Sponsored Repo is required.Prior experience with regulatory deliveries is preferred.Prior experience working with FICC is preferred.The candidate must be detail-oriented.The candidate must be a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.Build cross-regional relationships and be open to working across different time zones globally.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio, is required.7+ years of experience in Project Management is preferred.Familiarity with Agile is preferred.
