Marcum Search is working with an international law firm to find an

Senior eDiscovery Specialist

to be responsible for acting as the SME for the promotion, planning, design, development, application and implementation of technology and database systems such as Relativity, RelativityOne, OPUS2, and external SaaS document repositories/case management tools. They will also be responsible for firm training on the tools.

The Sr. eDiscovery Specialist may be remote, but close to either the Dallas or other CA office locations for onsite meetings.Expertise in Relativity and an Active RCA is required.College degree - Juris Doctor preferred.At least 10 years of relevant experience as a litigation technology specialist in an AmLaw 25 law firm or Fortune 50 corporate legal department.At least 10 years of experience with Relativity or RelativityOne and an active RCA.Advanced knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and standard litigation support procedures, as well as a sophisticated understanding of project management concepts and the procedural rules for handling of electronically stored information.Hands-on Relativity or RelativityOne experience – including structured and conceptual analytics.Working knowledge of case management technologies (e.g., Opus2, Case Notebook).Advanced knowledge of the current Microsoft Office Suite.The annual compensation range for this position is $150-160k.
