Paralegal

LHH is working with a great law firm in Costa Mesa, CA that would love to have a paralegal join them. This role will be 3 days working from home and 2 days onsite.Responsibilities:Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, correspondence, agreements, and pleadings.Pre-litigation, discovery, discovery requests, depositions, and issuing subpoenas.Manage electronic case files; experience with iManage is a plus.Compile trial materials, prepare and manage exhibits, and attend trial.Experience:5+ years’ experience in litigation, preferably experience in defense litigation.Experienced with and able to follow client billing guidelines, enter and record accurate billing entries.BA degree or paralegal certificate preferred.Role:Onsite 2 days a week in Costa Mesa, CA and 3 days working from home.Permanent, full-time role.This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
