Adams & Martin Group, on behalf of our client, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented paralegal to join a dynamic civil litigation team in Costa Mesa, CA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be a key player in complex civil litigation cases, providing essential support to ensure legal processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience handling personal injury cases on the defense side. Must be willing to travel for trial when needed.

Must be able to work in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Office is located in Costa Mesa, CA.Responsibilities:
Prepare, edit, and proofread various documents (correspondence, agreements, pleadings).Work with attorneys to keep litigation advancing; regularly update team members and alert attorneys to important client and case needs.Assist with discovery, including requests, depositions, and issuing subpoenas.Manage electronic case files using iManage to ensure information is organized and accessible.Prepare for trial, including compiling materials, coordinating witnesses, issuing subpoenas, and managing exhibits.Qualifications:
Meticulous, diligent, personable, and highly motivated.Able to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.Exercise independent judgment to make sound decisions and take effective action.Deliver high-quality work and take ownership, responsibility, and accountability.Comfortable learning new technology and processes.Ability to travel nationwide for trials.Familiarity with client billing guidelines and accurate billing entries.Ability to lift 30 lbs. (files and boxes).Education and Experience:
