Your JobThe Social Media Manager will take a "consumer-first" approach to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies for Georgia Pacific's Quilted Northern, Angel Soft & Aria toilet paper brands. This individual will effectively understand, reach and engage our target audiences through integrated media plans and breakthrough communication to improve awareness, connection and conversion of our brands across paid social media, influencer marketing, and organic social media. This role requires one to apply critical thinking skills to solve business problems with a solutions-oriented approach while successfully navigating GP business processes, tools, resources, people and vision to maximize profitability and deliver business results

What You Will Do

Develop and implement a comprehensive paid social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and marketing goalsSetup & manage social media advertising campaigns across all key social media platforms, including setting objectives, targeting audiences, and optimizing performanceOptimize campaigns in-flight to improve in-market performance and MMM ROICreate brand experiences that resonate with consumers, drive earned media and foster continuous improvement & innovationManage influencer marketing activations with influencer agency & brand teamsBuild and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reachReview Creators and concepts with brand teams for alignmentCollaborate with Corporate Communications team on managing consumer responses on social platformsPartner with Tissue brand teams to develop KPI's for campaignsAnalyze and report on KPI's to measure the efficiency & effectiveness of social media campaigns and optimize strategies accordinglyUpdate monthly investment & performance reports for Brand Building teamLead Sales Lift Study and Brand Lift Study with key social media platform partners & national media agencyTrack and report on competitor activity and industry trendsPartner with creative teams to curate and manage engaging content (images, videos, stories, etc.) for our organic social media presence, ensure consistency in visual identity and tone across all social media channelsManage organic social calendar and postingLead Surprise & Delights with consumers & influencersStay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curveWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degreeKnowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practicesExperience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and developing relationships with external partners and internal capabilities and influencing and securing alignment from leadersExperience with analyzing media performance KPIs and identifying opportunities for optimizationsWhat Will Put You Ahead

1 year of experience building and managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTubeKnowledge of different digital media platforms, industry trends, key players, and digital media supply chain for multiple channels (programmatic, social, search)2+ years of experience in media buying and/or planning at a CPG brand or media agency or other social buying platform is preferredAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
