As a Front Desk Supervisor, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Provides guest service, guidance, and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.Resolves customer complaints.Trains, supervises, schedules, and assists in evaluating staff.What are we looking for?
