The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee the front desk operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. You will lead and motivate a team of front desk agents, manage guest relations, and handle administrative tasks to maintain the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support front desk staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk agents, fostering a positive work environment.Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.Assist in the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Manage room assignments, reservations, and guest accounts.Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area.Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled and hotel policies are followed.Prepare and manage schedules for front desk staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.Handle administrative tasks, including reporting, billing, and inventory management.Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.Implement and uphold health and safety protocols for guests and staff.

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role, preferably in a supervisory position.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts with professionalism.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
