We are seeking a candidate who is autonomous, resourceful, driven, demanding, and goal-oriented. This role demands experience in leading projects from pre-construction through construction and stabilization.The position necessitates knowledge in project management, the permitting process, construction management, and budgeting experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include site checks, cost estimates, construction plan preparation, obtaining and evaluating contractors’ cost proposals, and expediting all permitting processes with the City of Miami to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.By joining Propolis, you have the opportunity to lead and build out the construction department. As we transition to self-performing, the Project Manager will be ideally placed to foster the company's expansion. Our upcoming project phases will explore innovative construction methods, including cold-formed steel builds, panelization, and modularization. Initially, you will handle diverse roles, so being comfortable in an early-stage company primed for growth is essential. Establish the department’s scope of work, protocols, and processes to ensure the best outcomesInteract with the design team, contractors, governing entities, and utility providers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetEstimate, bid, and level construction plansMaintain a detailed project plan, track progress, and OAC meeting minutesManage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costsBuild and maintain relationships with vendors and contractorsReview and negotiate contracts and purchase ordersProcess and submit payment requisitionsCreate quarterly updates for stakeholdersEnsure all project permits are pulled, active, and closed out in a timely manner throughout the course of the projectQualifications:

Bachelor's degree3-5 years of experienceProficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and SmartsheetFamiliarity with InDesign, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and BIM 360 is a plusExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsMust be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departmentsCompensation:
