We were recognized as one of Glassdoor's "Best Places to Work".ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary administrative contact for all VIP Special Event-related items, ensuring all details are accurately managed and communicated.Liaise with MGM teams to streamline the coordination of events occurring on property, facilitating clear communication and efficient execution.Research and identify new opportunities and venues in markets where our sports betting services are active, enhancing our event offerings.Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential new partners that align with our brand values, aiming to expand our network and scale operations more effectively.Maintain and update the VIP Hospitality SharePoint site, ensuring all event-related information is current and accessible.Assist in managing the VIP Hosting calendar, scheduling events, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.Reconcile all special event expenses for the VIP Sports and VIP Casino teams, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.Proactively identify and address service failures, taking immediate corrective actions and notifying relevant stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.Ensure full compliance with company expectations, including policies, procedures, departmental goals, and overall business strategy.Conduct all activities with the highest level of integrity and honesty, reflecting our commitment to ethical standards and professional conduct.Essential FunctionsMust be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.Experience in event coordination, vendor management, and budget reconciliation preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SharePoint or similar platforms.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of the gaming and hospitality industry.The hourly pay range for this position is $24 to $29. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements
As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
