This position will lead the weekly and monthly S&OP processes and facilitate the cross-functional collaboration necessary to bring products to market and create lifelong music memories. The Director of Supply Chain and S&OP is responsible for overseeing Victrola's supply chain – from Demand and Supply Planning to Inventory Management and Inbound/Outbound Transportation to Customer Support and Order Fulfillment. The Director of Supply Chain & S&OP has multiple direct reports covering each functional area and manages the success of the company's day-to-day and long-term operating models. A successful leader in this role will be an excellent people manager, an accomplished problem solver with a focus on process improvement, and a collaborative communicator to drive results with the Sales, Product, and Finance teams.Duties/Responsibilities:Responsible for managing the end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning process (S&OP), including the primary functions of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Inbound Logistics, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, Outbound Transportation, and Wholesale Customer Support.Manage four direct reports, including the Transportation Manager, Commercial Operations Manager, Demand Planning Analyst, and Supply Planning Analyst.Partner with Sales and commercial teams to create accurate Demand Plans.Execute monthly and weekly S&OP processes to ensure the right inventory is available at the right place at the right time.Create and maintain vendor relationships with factories, freight forwarders, carriers, and all critical vendors to support Victrola's supply chain.Manage factory capacity, pricing, and forecasting.Maintain Sourcing Master and Master Data, including active Item Numbers, Primary/Secondary Factory, Price, MOQ, Lead Time, etc.Partner with Finance and Planning functions to maintain accurate accounting of inventory, open POs, and Victrola-owned raw materials.Monitor all inbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.Align with product development, creative, and compliance for new product production to ensure product meets all requirements and timelines.Manage and execute new customer onboarding projects for both US and International customers.Manage the domestic Order Fulfillment process, including Commercial Operations and processing of wholesale customer orders and the handoff with Denver DC.Oversee customer order routing and outbound transportation.Enhance the Customer Support function with improved processes, better tools and systems, and people development to better serve Victrola customers.Design and implement processes to improve Victrola's supply chain.Other duties as assigned.Skills/Abilities:Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.Ability to delegate tasks effectively to maximize team productivity.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance.Strong organizational skills.Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.Analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions.Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.Proficiency in using PCs including demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and Internet applications.Proficiency in using ERP systems and other applications to improve efficiency and accuracy within Operations.Ability to prioritize conflicting needs, handle issues expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.Ability to manage and nurture long-term relationships with vendors and supply chain partners.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.7+ years' experience in supply chain and operations.3+ years' experience in a supervisory role.Experience using SAP ECC or S4 strongly preferred.Physical Demands/Working Conditions:Must be able to utilize standard office equipment such as a laptop, mouse, headset, printer, etc.Must be able to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds.Must be able to stand for 0-2 hours per day and sit 6-8 hours per day.This position rarely requires bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions.This position is rarely exposed to hazards, temperature extremes, and vibrations.This position works in an occasionally noisy environment depending on call volume throughout the day.Disclaimer:
