The Graphic Designer is responsible for working within the design department to execute a wide variety of creative projects (print, digital, product, sales, etc.). The expectation is a process-based, creative individual with an undeniable passion for design, creative thinking, and excellent visual communication. This role will support all department channels in the agency and will require a collaborative mindset.RESPONSIBILITIESExecute design solutions following creative briefs and brand guidelines for client projects, including logos, campaign graphics, environmental design, print collateral, apparel, digital assets (web, social media, e-mail), and other marketing communications.Partner with internal team members to ensure accurate visual direction of the client's brand and communication goals from project start to finish.Prepare press-ready files based on vendor specifications for various printing or digital outputs.Maintain organized project files and adhere to departmental processes for file naming and organization.QUALIFICATIONS2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related discipline is preferred.A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work and creative process.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and an understanding of similar design tools such as Canva and Figma are a plus.SKILLSStrong creative eye with an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to maintain attention to detail and deliver clean, structured files.Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure.Capable of receiving and providing constructive feedback and adapting to it efficiently.Strong conceptual thinking and exploration of design.Ability to articulate and speak confidently about work to internal stakeholders and clients.
