Senior Tax Accountant

Our client, a dynamic accounting firm, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join their team. This firm is known for its strong dedication to providing a broad spectrum of tax and (limited) audit services. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with business owners, CEOs, and controllers, providing an environment that fosters professional growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Applying professional accounting knowledge to a variety of tax and (limited) audit engagementsReviewing and producing tax returns, interpreting complex financial and tax informationProviding consulting on accounting policies and procedures for diverse businessesTraining and guiding junior staffProactively identifying tax and accounting issues that may trigger an audit and proposing strategies to resolve themPreparing financial and tax projections, developing tax strategies, providing clients with quarterly tax paymentsReviewing tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, corporations, partnerships, and estatesRequirements:

Minimum of two years of experience with your CPAMinimum of four years of experience in tax, Accounting, financial analysis, or similar workStrong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and SSARS
