Director, Product Management

As a Director, Product Management, you will be the liaison between internal and external users and our development and sales team. The Director, Product Management is responsible for the overall product direction, planning, and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle. This includes being the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders when gathering and prioritizing product market and customer requirements. Product management defines the product vision and keeps a tight pulse on the industry. The Director, Product Manager will be working closely across many internal teams including development on delivery, enablement, sales, support, and consulting to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met, while ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals to help ensure our customers are successful.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:Work with customers, partners, and stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate to use cases for new feature development.Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and business reviews.Ensure that various stages of product development are completed on time by leading, organizing, and requesting constant updates from cross-functional teams.Act as the key authority and point of contact for project development concepts, business strategy, and business models.Represent the voice of the end consumer throughout the development process.Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development.Basic Qualifications:Experience in the distribution industry, especially processes, trends, and challenges.Experience and knowledge in implementation, presales, or product management in the industrial manufacturing space.Willing to travel 25% of the time.Preferred Qualifications:Experience and knowledge of SX.e/CloudSuite Distribution or similar ERP, forms, personas, workflows.Experience with CloudSuite Distribution products and related integrations.Experience with Agile framework.Experience with multi-tenant concepts.Remote (Dallas, TX; St. Paul, MN; and Alpharetta, GA)About Infor:Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry-specific markets.
