Essential Functions:

Maintain and manage the organization’s master data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across various systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.

Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that address business needs, aligning with project objectives and company goals.

Conduct data analysis to support business decisions, providing insights and recommendations based on trends, patterns, and metrics.

Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project milestones are met.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test plans, validating solutions, and ensuring they meet business requirements.

Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.

Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and addressed.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and systems, recommending best practices and strategies.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.

5+ years of experience in business analysis, support, or technical analysis role.

Experience being the interface to stakeholders to relate status, solution, or internal escalation.

Experience working closely with development teams to explain process, problem, or context to achieve the best outcome.

Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Produce Pro, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common Email systems.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday

9:00am – 5:00pm

Physical Demands:

Stand or sit for long periods of time.

Travel by auto or by flying commercial or privately as required.

Compensation:

$95,000 - $100,000/Year
