Essential Functions:
Maintain and manage the organization’s master data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across various systems.
Support the implementation of data governance policies and processes to ensure compliance with data standards and regulations.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies by performing regular audits and data cleansing activities.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure proper integration of master data across multiple platforms, systems, and applications.
Serve as a key point of contact for data stewardship, working with different departments to ensure that master data is maintained according to business requirements.
Develop and maintain reports that monitor master data quality and provide insights to key stakeholders for decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvements for MDM workflows, ensuring that master data processes are efficient and scalable.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, supply chain, and other departments to understand their data needs and ensure master data supports business goals.
Provide support and training to end-users on MDM processes and tools to promote best practices and data quality.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM processes, workflows, data standards, and procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain, management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of experience in master data management, data analysis, or data architecture
Deep understanding of MDM concepts, including data modeling, data governance, data quality management, and data integration.
Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Produce Pro, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
Physical Demands:
Stand or sit for long periods of time
Travel by auto or by flying commercial or privately as required.
Compensation:
$90,000 - $95,000/Year
