If this proof is not provided within this timeframe, the offer may be rescinded or employment terminated.Position Summary/Purpose of Position:The College Park Program Coordinator will assist the Director of the College Park Master of Science in Applied Economics program. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all operational aspects of the program’s College Park location.The program is an evening program with courses in both College Park and Washington, DC, and also online. There are 2 program coordinators. One coordinator works primarily in DC, the other works primarily on our main campus in College Park. This position description is specific to the full-time coordinator in the College Park location. Some days it may be necessary for this coordinator to come to the DC location for meetings, training sessions, or other work-related events.The program coordinators are responsible for the oversight and management of the day-to-day operational needs of the program including but not limited to the program’s admissions process, student and alumni services, scheduling of courses, and business services.Due to the nature of this program, on-site presence is required (Mon-Thurs) 2:30pm-6:45pm, with flexibility for remote work prior to 2:30pm Mon-Thurs and on Fridays. Some additional flexibility can be possible when classes are not in session in January and in the Summer. A few times per year we will need the coordinator to help work at events in DC or other locations, which could be in the evenings or on weekends.
