Monday, August 19, 2024*Must reside in states listed*The Regional Vice President Operations will lead operations and continuous improvement for a Regional of RestorixHealth wound care and hyperbaric treatment centers, and/or amputation prevention centers ensuring that the centers are delivering exceptional care and excellent service quality.What We Offer:Generous paid time offInternal ongoing educational opportunitiesCompetitive compensationPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and develop strategies to ensure policies and practices for achieving business results are aligned with the organization's mission and business objectives.Develop and implement successful strategies regarding labor, volumes, expenses, and quality of services, and review and redirect activity, if necessary.Ensure that assigned communities comply with all aspects of operation, including personnel practices, in accordance with Company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.Ensure the openings of new centers open on schedule and budget.Develop and maintain effective relationships with C-suite/senior hospital executives/key physicians and meet regularly to review performance and ensure center level growth continues.Partner closely with regional directors to evaluate center operations and develop local solutions, such that each Center is profitably and ultimately achieving budget.Build a team that is connected, motivated, and inspired to perform at a high level regardless of the circumstances, can communicate what’s important to achieve success, and creates a sense of ownership.Able to orchestrate all RXH resources to drive success throughout the Region.Mentor and develop a regional director in effective operational leadership.Responsible for leading center-based PD and teams to grow center volumes, maintain quality and efficiency, and profitability of operations.Ensure annual growth (volume and profit) targets are achieved or exceeded.Accountable for development, execution, and accountability of business/strategic plans for all operating units.Ensure exceptional quality, clinical outcomes, and service delivery.Develop and mentor regional directors and program directors and their respective teams to ensure growth in talent, development of team to ensure next level leadership positioned for advancement.Lead teams to ensure referral source, marketing, and provider development.Act as a liaison between senior corporate management team and the field operations team to ensure organizational alignment.Establish an effective means to communicate throughout the organization.Oversee the development of operational budgets and capital requirements.Build a high performing team and keep morale high.Education and Technical Skills:A Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related subject is required.Five or more years successful history of building sales strategies and driving new revenue.Ten or more years' experience in operations management with demonstrated success in meeting financial goals specific to retirement living, assisted living, long-term care, or related fields such as hospitality.Multi-site business operations experience.Documented success in exceeding business financial goals.Excellent reputation in management and leadership.Will be required to travel extensively on behalf of the Company.Position requires driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).Must possess a valid driver's license.Able to work non-traditional hours as needed.Participate in outside networking events in the communities surrounding primary community, and communities assigned as needed, to foster excellent working relationships with outside referral sources.The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
