The Creative Producer will be responsible for managing production operations from pre to post-production and will report to the Director of Creative Production. This role serves as the key point of contact for all photography & video shoots, sample availability/status, and invoicing/billing with support from the Creative Production team. Possessing a duality between the creative and analytical, the Creative Producer is a thorough, organized, imaginative leader with the ability to efficiently apply their skill and experience to the exciting production environment of Jenni Kayne.

Role and Responsibilities:

Execute complete production timelines for three brands: Jenni Kayne, Jenni Kayne Home, and Oak Essentials. Provide status updates to the Director of Creative Production.Responsible for the coordination of shoot needs, including casting, booking photographers and artists, scouting locations, catering, pulling permits, ordering equipment, arranging travel, and other production needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Buying, Marketing, Retail, Production & Design) to effectively manage competing priorities between and across groups.Deliver closing/wrap documentation and accounting for all productions. Assist the Director of Creative Production with quarterly budget reporting.Monitor calendar for due dates, conflicts, and feasibility.Supervise the inventory, tracking, archive, and sanitation of product samples to ensure samples are always ready to shoot. Approve and track replacement samples.Manage the cleanliness, readiness, and function of internal photography studios and sample storage spaces. This may include maintaining studio appearance to align with brand standards, ordering and/or organizing supplies, communicating with building owner and vendors, updating studio calendar, etc.Support the production of brand events and activations.Act in both leadership and supporting roles on set in a multidimensional capacity that may consist of running shot list and schedule, managing props, assisting stylists, organizing samples, making runs, handling catering/crafty, etc.Work closely with the Director of Creative Production and Digital Media Specialist to ensure that all digital assets are documented and/or archived in a comprehensive and uniform manner with attention to usage restrictions.Support the onboarding of new vendors and process invoices through Coupa.Acquire necessary contracts or deal memos for all productions to make sure all usage and payment terms meet brand needs and requirements.Assist the wider Creative Production team with preparing samples for shoots and styleouts.Spearhead the creation of shot lists that are both efficient and comprehensive. Engage stakeholders across departments to process shoot requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

3+ years of experience leading a variety of production budgets, categories, and styles (i.e. photo, video, editorial, e-commerce, on-location, product, event production, etc.).1+ year experience in processing image and/or video deliverables.Experience with Adobe Suite, Asana, Bynder, Coupa, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and/or any production management software.Efficient and detail-oriented work ethic with clear and concise organizational skills.Collaborative, open, and honest communication style.Must be a self-starter who is adept at working in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments.Willing to travel when required for shoots and events.Flexible nature with the ability to determine priority and quickly adapt to various changes and needs.Interest in photography, video, fashion, interior design, wellness, and/or skincare.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to move and lift heavy objects (20+ pounds or more) from time to time and stand on your feet for long periods of time.

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.#J-18808-Ljbffr
