Toyota Carlsbad Service Center is seeking a professional BDC Service Outbound Coordinator. This role involves managing outbound communications, including calling, texting, and emailing customers, to efficiently schedule service appointments.

Responsibilities:

Professional outbound calls and inbound calls with our goal to provide an exceptional client experience and information assisting the client to schedule service reservations with the service team.

Follow training materials including call templates and guides to set service reservations.

Provide clients with information pertaining to current service offerings.

Proactively reaching out to clients to remind them of scheduled reservations, rescheduling missed reservations, and politely reminding clients of due & overdue services.

Keep current with service specials, direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer.

Reports directly to Business Development Manager.

Provides reports for daily work tasks.

Other duties can include taking inbound calls when call queue is heavy.

Reports to BDC Service Supervisor and Manager.

Qualifications:

1 year customer service/call center experience preferred. Automotive or dealership experience a plus.

Demonstrated strong customer relations skills. Proficient at identifying and relating to customer inquiry.

Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills.

Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends.
