Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional to manage business operations for a new team building web-based services for homeowners and trade professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to establish an efficient and productive operating rhythm for an innovative digital team housed within a leading global manufacturing company.
As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for team processes, reporting, and culture. This includes managing the rhythm of our business, such as monthly OKR reviews, annual strategic planning, and semi-annual budget refinement. You will establish and manage employee communications and culture-building through team meetings and offsites, solidify how we use different collaboration tools, establish new employee onboarding, and settle into our new office in Kirkland, WA.

This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week in the Kirkland, WA office.
Responsibilities
Establish and manage the business rhythm by identifying planning, delivery, reporting, and communication milestones across various functions (product, engineering, business, marketing)
Lead budget and resource planning in coordination with FP&A and MasterBrand Digital leaders
Manage our OKR process, which allows us to regularly report our progress to a variety of senior audiences, with support from our data team
Develop, communicate, and drive adoption of processes for team hiring and onboarding, and adjust them as needed to meet or beat our goals
Identify, implement, and drive adoption of accelerators to team efficiency and effectiveness, including tech-enabled processes and methodologies
Plan and facilitate team meetings in a way that drives our objectives forward and strengthens team cohesion
Plan and drive execution of key presentations to leadership, other departments, and partners
Lead high-impact, strategic projects via cross-functional leadership
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a chief of staff, program manager, or operations manager in a large or rapidly growing company
Experience managing team collaboration and communication tools such as Teams, Mural, Slack, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic and pragmatic needs to drive clarity and progress
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including with an executive audience
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
