The highly anticipated Collision Center (with two brand new paint booths) is now open, and we are on the hunt for a dynamic General Manager to spearhead our cutting-edge production body shop in beautiful Meadville, PA.

Responsibilities:
Directs the activities and throughput of the Collision Center.
Provides estimates and scheduling to customers.
Scheduling the work of all Collision Center employees.
Monitors technicians' daily productivity.
Completes and submits payroll.
Maintains high quality service and performs spot checks on throughput.
Hire, train, and implement processes to all new employees.
Forecast goals and objectives for the department and develops a plan to meet them.
Requirements:
Paint Manufacturer Training.
State Physical Damage Appraiser License.
Valid Driver's License.
3-5 years in Body Shop repair and/or administration.
Strong communication and writing skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
