Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following:Performing administrative functions such as preparing oral and written correspondence, managing senior executive travel, and arranging and scheduling meetings for at least two years.OREducation: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.ORTo qualify for this position at the GS-12 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following:Performing administrative functions such as preparing oral and written correspondence, managing senior executive travel, and arranging and scheduling meetings for at least three years;Coordinating with other internal and external stakeholders;Monitoring current and upcoming policies and procedures for office administrative responsibilities;Preparing briefing memos, talking points, presentations, and reports.Education substitution:
