Job Summary:ArchWell Health is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Associate Vice President of Growth to lead our sales operations across the Eastern half of the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the senior healthcare sector, particularly in primary care or Medicare Advantage plans. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, build strong relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our senior patients.

Duties/Responsibilities:Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectivesCollaborate to lead strategy for assigned markets in collaboration with operations and clinical leadership of the regionIdentify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to increase market shareLead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams, including setting clear targets, providing ongoing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure region’s membership targets are metBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales leadership at contracted Medicare Advantage plans, National or multi-state FMOs, and large senior care organizationsAnalyze regional market trends, competitive landscape, and patient needs to inform sales strategiesUse data-driven insights to adapt tactics and achieve sales targets.Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and clinical teams, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiativesFoster a collaborative environment to enhance overall service deliveryMonitor and report on sales performance metrics, including preparing regular reports and presentations for senior leadership to demonstrate progress and highlight areas for improvementEnsure all sales practices comply with CMS regulations and company policiesUphold ethical standards and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactionsRequired Skills/Abilities:Strong sales background and business acumen, with the ability to mentor and coach others to meet company objectivesAbility to foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain strategic relationshipsAnalytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance metricsKnowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the healthcare industryAbility and willingness to travel to assigned markets up to 50%Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
