B2B Marketing Campaigns ManagerOne of The Sage Group’s top clients is looking for a B2B Marketing Campaigns Manager, strong with content writing and creative campaign solutions. The client provides programmable communication tools for making and receiving phone calls, sending and receiving text messages, and performing other communication functions using its web service APIs.The Marketing Campaigns Manager will be on the North America Integrated Campaigns Team supporting demand creation for the client’s solutions. The ideal candidate brings with them a strong understanding of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, how to quantitatively identify business problems and solve them with marketing solutions, and extremely strong stakeholder and project management. This role requires the ability to think creatively, work independently, and achieve ambitious growth and efficiency goals.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various channels, platforms, sponsor networks- like paid and organic channels, internal sales enablement, virtual and in-person events, and more.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, content, product marketing, website, analytics and creative to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.Partner with product marketing, creative teams and external agencies on campaign themes, messaging and content that translates into impactful marketing campaigns.Communicate campaign strategy and plans and be accountable to reporting measurable results and outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.Analyze results and impact of campaigns and surface insights to optimize performance.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.5-8 years B2B digital marketing with a focus on campaign planning and execution.Proven experience in developing and implementing full-funnel digital marketing strategies that yield measurable business outcomes.Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms with brand voice and conversion in mind.Assertive program manager with the ability to drive projects forward, navigate stakeholder processes and pushback to meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Tableau, Salesforce, AEM, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation, testing new channels and platforms, and continuous conversion optimization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.Experience managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and delivering positive returns on investment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Location:
