Job Title: Regional Assistant Vice President of Health Service
Job Summary:
Enhance the clinical outcomes and resident care delivery through oversight of the regional facility consultant services, in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, within individual's scope of practice, as applicable, and as may be directed by the Vice President of Health Services, to assure that quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:
Initiative, judgment, & management ability to determine and manage the clinical needs of assigned facilities through providing guidance and leadership to the Facility Consultants within your assigned facilities.
Supervise, oversee, and support the Facility Consultants as they perform reviews of facilities to determine regulatory compliance to include all health care services departments and systems, i.e., activities, dietary, medical records, social services, electronic health system review, etc.
Collaborate, communicate, and effectively consult with other Health Services departmental leaders, i.e. Nutrition and Reimbursement, to ensure current practices and recommendations are followed to provide the highest quality of care and outcomes.
Support the forward momentum of ongoing pro-active consulting through utilization of routine monthly audits and pre-survey preparation visits.
Routine collaboration with the Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP).
Participate, report, and communicate regional metrics in routine meetings held by the VP of Health Services.
Perform compliance analysis reviews and follow-up reviews as directed by the Vice President of Health Services.
Develop, provide and/or coordinate training and education to the Facility Consultants, Administrative Nursing, and facility staff.

Qualifications:
Graduate from an approved registered nurse (RN) school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Current License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
Nursing Leadership: 1 year (Required)
Management consulting: 1 year (Required)
Supervising in health care setting: 3 years (Required)
Multi-site management experience required.
