An organization earns this distinction when its employees have expressed their trust in the people they work for, have pride in what they do and enjoy the people they work with.As a Learning Experience Manager, you will design and develop on-line training courses, presentations and other related content to effectively educate internal sales personnel/channel partners on the company’s full product portfolio including hardware, software and technology services. This individual will author training materials for all products and solutions, sales skills training, and other projects to support corporate objectives. The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining content for the Learning Management System by regularly posting and updating course materials and classes.The chance to do something meaningful, to challenge yourself, to be a part of change in an industry, to influence change doesn’t come around every day.Responsibilities:Work closely with subject matter experts to define learning objectives, strategy and performance metrics which support company sales goals.Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to fully understand KYOCERA’s full line of products and business applications.Develop integrated learning and development plans for sales personnel that combine eLearning and virtual courses that deliver a best in class learning environment.Develop content with a focus on identifying consumer needs and effective selling strategies aligned to vertical or horizontal customer or market segments.Create content and learning plans for effective selling strategies that support company sales methodology.Write and design on-line courseware, interactive training exercises, certification exams, webinar presentations, and instructional videos in support of marketing and sales initiatives.Proactively identify training topics and programs that will effectively support MFP/Printer, Business Application, and Managed Document Services sales across all channels.Routinely update the Learning Management System website by posting and maintaining current course materials.Assist in instructor-led training sessions, webinar facilitation, and video production for new product/solution launches.Support field trainers (Solution Sales Instructors) with follow ups and course content refreshes.Qualifications:Required:Minimum 1 year of experience in a Communications, Marketing, Sales, or Sales Support position.Proficient with e-learning content creation software (Adobe Captivate or similar).Minimum 1 year experience with Learning Management Systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytic/critical thinking skills.Position is based out of the Fairfield, NJ headquarters office.Preferred:Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing.Experience in the Office Technology industry.Experience presenting and conducting webinars.Bilingual (English and Spanish or Portuguese).Note:
