$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position supporting the MLK site on weekdays, day shift.Job Description:The Registered Nurse Care Manager establishes a well-rounded care practice that includes patient assessment, care planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring, along with ongoing routine evaluation to ensure medically and financially appropriate care.
