This dynamic role demands strategic thinking, exceptional leadership abilities, and a determination to deliver outstanding results in the competitive gourmet salt market.What You'll Do:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targetsLead and inspire the sales team to maximize performance and exceed goalsCoordinate sales efforts across various channels, including online, retail, and wholesaleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales opportunitiesAnalyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategiesManage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively for successMonitor and report on sales performance, providing insights to senior managementStay current on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competitionAdhere to Good Manufacturing Processes, Food Safety Standards and related operational proceduresOther projects and duties as assignedRequired Education, Skills, and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or commensurate work experience4+ years in sales leadership experienceProven success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the food or consumer goods industryStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive sales growthExcellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with teamsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targetsProficiency in sales strategies and tools, including CRM systems and market analysisSelf-motivated and results-driven with a focus on accountabilitySaltWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
