This hands-on role requires a strong marketing background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results.What You'll Do:Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growthLead and motivate the marketing team to maximize performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize marketing opportunitiesConduct market research to inform strategiesManage the marketing budget and report on performanceStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesAdhere to Good Manufacturing Processes, Food Safety Standards and related operational proceduresOther projects and duties as assignedSkills & Requirements

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or commensurate work experience4+ years of Marketing leadership experienceProven success in marketing leadership rolesStrategic thinking and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience with market research and analysisWork Environment/Physical Demands:Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of timeAbility to use a computer for extended periods of timeSalary Range:
