Conduct whole blood and apheresis collections with precision and care, adhering to strict protocols to ensure donor safety and product quality.Utilize your medical skills to assess donor eligibility, including vital sign monitoring and hemoglobin testing, to guarantee the suitability of donations.Process blood components and samples meticulously, ensuring accurate labeling and timely transport to support patient care.Engage with the community to promote blood donations and drive participation in mobile blood drives, contributing to meeting the crucial needs of hospitals and patients.Provide logistical support for mobile blood drives, including driving the team to and from sites, setting up equipment, and assisting with event coordination.Utilize the ElDorado Donor system for donor registration and data entry, maintaining meticulous records to uphold regulatory standards.Conduct daily quality control checks on equipment and supplies, upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency.Salary Range: $26.39 - $34.86/hour
